• At Omysocks, we aim to keep shipping as affordable and stress-free as possible. More importantly, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can.

• Here are the answers to the most common questions:

1. Why are the delivery times so long?

We work with Asian suppliers and this leads to significant delivery times. We prefer to focus on the quality of the products, rather than on the speed of delivery.
On average, delivery times for USA are 2 to 3 weeks. But sometimes they can reach 4/5 weeks.

     2. What happens if I do not receive my package?

Beyond 6 weeks, if you still have not received your package, we will refund you on request from you

     3. If received only one item on 3 of my order, is this normal?

When you order multiple items in the same order, you receive multiple packages. These parcels can arrive with a few days of shift.
